We’re supporting the Neonatal Care Unit at St Michael’s Hospital πŸ’› They care for premature and unwell newborn babies and support families through incredibly difficult times. The unit relies on donations for equipment and comfort items t A big thank you to all our families & staff for the amazing World Book Day costumes πŸ“š We went on a walk to our local community fruit shop, and the children self chose which fruit they wanted to use. We then walked back to the nursery so the children could cut up the fruit, ready to make their own fruit salads πŸπŸ“πŸ₯πŸŠπŸ‹ The toddler children had a lovely time in the back garden, cooking pancakes πŸ₯ž together ❀️ the children were excellent at flipping the pancakes. #pancakeday #nurseryinspo #outdoorfun #camping #childrensintrest Our Toddler Room has been busy baking heart-shaped biscuits to celebrate Valentine’s Day ❀️πŸͺ By building a large spider web and connecting the spiders, the children explored materials, developed fine motor skills, spatial awareness, and strengthened their ability to work collaboratively πŸ•·οΈπŸ•ΈοΈ Through making bird nests and feeders, the children explored different materials while developing fine motor skills, creativity, and an understanding of how we care for wildlife 🐦🌱
